Andrew is a seasoned real estate and business attorney with extensive experience in providing guidance, oversight, and direction for large national and regional companies as well as medium and small public and private businesses. Andrew has the rare skill of bridging the unique aspects and practicalities of business and law. His previous large firm practice and in-house experience with Fortune 500 and Fortune 250 companies allows him to execute a variety of complex business transactions.
Andrew’s primary areas of practice include, commercial real estate, residential real estate, commercial leasing, corporate law, business law, commercial lending, construction litigation, general counsel services and general contracts.
Andrew has a national practice and represents his clients in a broad spectrum of complex scenarios, including real estate acquisition, development, disposition and leasing at all stages from the due diligence phase and financing, to construction, development, management and project operations. Andrew also negotiates various business and corporate transactions and advises landlords and tenants, national developers, homebuilders and operators throughout the country in the areas of planning, development, operation and commercial leasing of commercial developments, including retail, restaurants, office, shopping centers, outparcels, multi-family housing, mixed-use projects, raw land and infrastructure development and industrial/warehouse facilities. Andrew also establishes and maintains franchises, represents clients in numerous disputes; negotiates loan workouts, negotiates and closes the purchase and sale of companies, negotiates a variety of contracts in several different business sectors including government contracts and uses his prior diverse general counsel experience to act as general counsel to serve the everyday needs of privately held companies and act as an extension of in-house counsel for publicly traded companies.
Andrew currently represents a broad spectrum of large and midsized publicly traded companies and large, midsized and small privately held companies in a variety of aspects. An example of the types of client’s that Andrew represents, includes homebuilders, retailers, restaurant companies, software companies, IT companies, developers and individuals.
